I don't think there was a breakfast they never. Mentioned anyrhing to me about breakfast being served and I went by the office in the mornings and I did not see any food out there, so I don't think they served breakfast. There. Was comfortable friendly staff , very secure locked hallways

The Cherry Orchard Inn is one of the best value budget stays in Sunnyvale / Santa Clara. The location is great along a main road with many restaurants and retail facilities within walking distance. The staff are very helpful. There's a guest laundry, and housekeeping is also excellent. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here for even mid to long term stays. I have no doubt you'll be well taken care of.

Clean and niice location. Friendly staff and the check-in manager, Vic, remembered me from my last stay to visit my Mom and Daughter. I feel welcome to be there when I am in town and the costs are affordable to my budget.
The receptionist guy was very friendly and helpful! I requested a luggage locker as I came much earlier than the check-in time, but they had a free room and checked me in early without any fees. And in general it is a very good value for the money and the location is good as well.
